Esthetician performing a chemical peel treatment

Chemical Peels for Every Skin Concern

A chemical peel gently resurfaces the skin using a controlled solution, removing dull, damaged outer layers to reveal smoother, more even-toned skin beneath. At Eternal Youth Spa, we offer three peel strengths so every client can find the right balance of results and downtime.

Light Peels — Ideal for dullness, mild sun damage, and refreshing tired-looking skin with virtually no downtime.

Medium Peels — Target fine lines, uneven pigmentation, and moderate acne scarring for more noticeable renewal.

Deep Peels — Address deeper wrinkles, significant sun damage, and stubborn discoloration for the most dramatic results.

A consultation determines the best peel for each client's skin type and goals.

Chemical Peel Questions, Answered

Before booking, most clients want to know what to expect during recovery and how soon results appear. Here are answers to the questions we hear most often.

  • How much downtime should I expect?

Light peels typically involve little to no downtime, with mild pinkness for a few hours. Medium peels may cause flaking and redness for 3-5 days. Deep peels require the most recovery, often 7-14 days of visible peeling and redness before new skin fully settles.
  • Will my skin feel sensitive afterward?

Yes, some sensitivity, tightness, or mild stinging is normal for the first day or two, especially with medium and deep peels. Skin may also be more sensitive to sun exposure for several weeks, so daily SPF is essential during recovery.
  • When will I see results?

Light peels show a subtle glow within a few days. Medium and deep peels reveal more dramatic improvements in tone and texture over 1-2 weeks as new skin emerges, with continued smoothing over the following weeks.
  • How many peels will I need?

Many clients see visible improvement after a single treatment, but a series of 3-6 peels spaced several weeks apart is often recommended for lasting results with lighter and medium peels.
